Vendor Registration Information
Become a Vendor! The conference will be held at James H. Rainwater Conference Center ( 1 Meeting Place Valdosta, Georgia 31601) and we would love for you to join us. Please follow the directions below to register.
- Complete the Vendor Application Form below.
- Once you have submitted the form, pay the Vendor Attendance Fee.

Vendor Booth Registration
Vendor Attendance Fee – $350

If paying by check, complete the instructions listed on the SGANP Vendor Form. Please Note: Checks must be received two weeks before the conference.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the conference start date will receive a full refund of the conference registration fee, minus a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the conference start date are issued a Letter of Credit for a future SGANP conference, valid for 12 months. Cancellations received on the conference start date, during, or after the conference will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
